Thank you for choosing Hamorabi. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations.
By mentioning Hamorabi® we refer to Hamorabi software, its products and services.
Refund
For a Subscription product (Online Edition): While we have already given you a trial period of thirty days to use our product for free, you can still ask for a refund if you bought the product during the trial period(30 days) or after that. A price adjustment will take place, and you will get a refund for the remaining number of packages. for example: if you bought three months subscription package and used the product for one paid month of subscription or less you will get a full refund for two months.
Once a refund is issued, you will no longer be able to use the service.
You can re use the service any time by buying any subscription package again and activating it.
Offline edition
Trial period: You have 30 days of free trial period. Feel free to use it during this period as it would not be redeemed refundable unless:
- There are Technical difficulties:
It is vital that in case of difficulty or issues that you cannot resolve yourself, you contact our support team and work with them towards a solution. This ensures that we know exactly which problems you are facing, and whether it is due to a technical inadequacy or user error. Therefore, you are only eligible to claim a refund after you agree to let our tech-support assist you. The same applies if you have not received your product key automatically. Please get in touch with our support team to resolve the issue; you will get a response within 24 hours. - The software is not compatible with your machine.
- The software is malfunctioning.
- The software is unrepairable.
Extra updates editions
These can be refunded as per unused credits. once a credit has been consumed fully or partially it cannot be redeemed refundable. price adjustment will apply if there is remaining credit in the quantity bought. For example: if you bought a quantity of three months subscription package and used the product for one month of subscription or less you will get a full refund for two only months.
Cancellation of Subscription:
You can cancel your subscription any time. Please follow this link HERE to guide you through the cancellation process.
Refund Processing:
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Processing times may vary.
